EXERCISE HIP INSERTION

Karate techniques are based on the constant use of hip rotations. In this video a simple exercise is shown, with which the use of the hips can be practiced specifically. It builds on the three basic stances: Zenkutsu dachi, Kokutsu dachi and Kiba dachi. It shows the opening and closing of the hips, applied in four directions.
